My carrot pudding comes from a recipe given to me by my husband’s grandmother. She brought the recipe with her from England as a young bride given to her by her mother who received it from her mother and so on and so on. The original recipe was made with suet and I substituted butter for the suet. I have been told it's the best comfort food around. With each order I will include several different recipes for sauces to serve with the pudding. |
